Who Can Apply?

At DCRLab, we seek highly motivated, proactive, and technically skilled candidates for research assistantships. Before submitting an application, ensure that all the minimum requirements below are fully met. Incomplete or unprepared inquiries will not be considered.

1. Application Requirements

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Maximum 3 pages

Must include links to your GitHub, Google Scholar, and Scopus profiles

Academic Documents

All documents must be in English.

If obtained in another language, attach both the original and the translated version

English Proficiency

IELTS score ≥ 6.5 or TOEFL ≥ 80

Waived for applicants whose first language is English

Note: Required only if your application passes the first screening

Personal Statement

Maximum 1 page

Should summarize your motivations, career goals, and suitability for DCRLab

Research Statement

Maximum 1 page

Highlight your research expertise, technical skills, and academic interests

Research Proposal

Maximum 4 pages

Include your area of interest and research objectives

2. Publication Requirements

Applicants must have a full list of publications as the first (lead) author, including DOIs with at least one of the following:

2 recent Q1 peer-reviewed journal articles (closed-access is acceptable)

3 recent Q2 peer-reviewed journal articles (closed-access is acceptable)

1 A* (Tier-1) conference paper

2 A (Tier-1) conference paper

3 B (Tier-3) conference papers

6 C (Tier-4) other conference papers or book sections

8 other conference papers based on CORE (visit the website to check your conference rank before applying)

20 conference papers (excluding those at CORE)or 20 book sections, 8 of which are Scopus-indexed and highlighted

Note: Only apply if your publication record meets the above criteria. Incomplete publication records will not be considered.
